Zeb Chadfield is the Founder & Chief Vision Officer of the Post Production company, The Finish Line. Zeb set up the company after suffering a mental breakdown in 2011. Rather than leaving an industry he loves, he decided to build a company that goes against the grain. Zeb opted to structure The Finish Line as a distributed business with minimal investment in real estate. This approach ensures that all investments are made in talent and tools, which are the most important aspects of creative work, deeming everything else superficial. The company has gone from strength to strength and has been awarded gold in Broadcast Magazine's Best Places to Work in TV for two years in a row, demonstrating that it is possible to run a healthy post-production company!
